Sole to keep them tender and juicy. Only half of the sugar and salt (not iodized) dissolved in water. Let the chops sit in a few hours. This keeps moist and tender when you cook. After removal from the brine, pat dry with paper towels. You can grill on medium-high, while the spray of your favorite barbecue sauce.
If you want tender, lightly season (because of the stains, did not need) a lot of seasoning, the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in a pan with some oil, oil production is hot enough to brown chops. If they are brown, pour some of their barbecue sauce, reduce heat to simmer, add bay leaf cover, too. Reach Simmer for at least an hour. It may take longer depending on thickness of chops. If sauce is too thick, while siimmering, add chicken or fresh lemon or lime juice. The citrus juice barbecue sauce compliments.
I hope this helps a little.

First, that the meat dries very quickly burn, not so. Secondly, it is so quick to prepare, so I recommend the boneless loin chops, thick cut of about 1-1.5. You, crusty note that liquids and other wet marinade Porkchop will steam instead. Wash ribs in water, then dry with paper towels. Put oil in a frying pan and brown on both sides, about 1-2 minutes per side. If you have a little color and get a nice crust on both sides, remove from the pan, change into the casserole dish (the crust will contribute to) the juice. Add favorite barbecue sauce, just enough to cover as paint. Bake at 350 additional 15-30 minutes (depending on thickness). Remove from oven and let stand for 3 minutes so that juices to re-integrate into the meat. Serve with barbecue sauce moist.

The best pork supply is very tasty juice somehow (barbecue sauce) and cover tightly. Worse yet, you can do with pork is dry and let simmer Meter Products, stabilizers and chaos with him. All the juices run out and is dry as a bone.
In the oven ... Brown chops in olive oil on the stove and transfer to baking dish. Cover with barbecue sauce, seal tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 / 2 to 1 hour depending on thickness of chops.
Or roast them and put them in a clay pot with barbecue sauce on high for 4-5 hours.
