A perianal hematoma, hemorrhoids disappear on their own. Do not worry. Try not to lift heavy, eat more fiber (try what you want, which is intolerable. Bran cereal is good for this). The bleeding usually occurs during defecation. The more compact fiber will have less fecal matter, it is therefore easier to pass. Hemorrhoids usually lasts from 3 days to 2 weeks. Relax.
